While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as courier issues, logistical challenges, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Delays: Once your order leaves our studio, Sparkle Haven NZ jewelry cannot be held responsible for courier delays. Unfortunately, shipping delays are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Delivery Responsibility:Sparkle Haven NZ jewelry is not liable for packages marked as delivered or those that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. To avoid complications, we recommend using a secure and specific delivery address (e.g., not hotels or public spaces).
PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.
