Shipping Information

All items are shipped from New Zealand. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after confirmation. (Please allow extra processing time during sales and holiday seasons.) Every piece is carefully inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition before shipping. If your jewelry arrives damaged due to delivery handling or a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as courier issues, logistical challenges, or adverse weather conditions. Important Notes:

Shipping Delays: Once your order leaves our studio, Sparkle Haven NZ jewelry cannot be held responsible for courier delays. Unfortunately, shipping delays are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Delivery Responsibility: Sparkle Haven NZ jewelry is not liable for packages marked as delivered or those that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. To avoid complications, we recommend using a secure and specific delivery address (e.g., not hotels or public spaces).
PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.
